Building Daisoro: a note from our co-founder
Ruta Mecejiene shares why Daisoro is building hard-to-obtain, AI-ready datasets and why UAE Vehicle Intelligence for motor insurance is the company’s first commercial wedge.
I'm building Daisoro because I believe the next leap in AI won't come from bigger models. It will come from better data: the kind that is AI-ready and genuinely hard to obtain. The data that actually drives decisions is brutal to get. It sits buried across a hundred places no clean API will ever reach. Everyone says "AI-ready." Almost nothing is. So we are building the layer that fixes it. Daisoro is a team of AI engineers, robotics and autonomous engineers, and subject matter experts, developing serious IP: proprietary methods for capturing data nobody has collected systematically before. Fleets of AI agents that move through real digital journeys. Synthetic personas that reveal how prices and offers shift across segments. An evidence engine that stamps every fact with its source, timestamp, and version, so the data is not just usable, it is defensible. This is hard on purpose. The difficulty is the moat. Our first focus is UAE Vehicle Intelligence for motor insurance: trim-level identity, ADAS and safety, EV and battery signals, GCC versus import confidence, and evidence behind every row. It is already built, already in front of insurers, and it is only the beginning. Insurance is where we start, not where we stop. The same gap runs through finance, automotive, telecom, and retail. We are building from the UAE, for global markets. And we are moving fast. Ruta Mecejiene Co-founder, Daisoro
